internet: help!

Who is this comedienne I am thinking of?

I am reading I Don’t Care About Your Band, and I thought that Julie Klausner was this other person, but then I looked at Julie Klausner and now I don’t think so anymore. This other person is a creamy-pale-skinned redhead, probably more an actress than a writer. I think kind of a retro-ish bouffant hairdo with bangs. A little bit big, in a curvy bombshell way. I think she played a girlfriend once! In…something??? Maybe has a funny voice? Like Bernadette from Big Bang? CUTE is the word I would use to describe her? She is not any of these people, despite what google image search will have me believe:

EDIT: A good guess, but not Julie Brown. Also not Sarah Silverman or the blonde lady from Reno 911.
