I (okay, don’t want to explain why, but) was trying to figure out what the difference was between human blood and animal blood (like what tests you would perform to figure out whether a blood sample was from a human or an animal, or what a rejected animal-to-human blood transfusion would look like, or um, what a mixture of the two kinds of blood might look like if it happened naturally in a person…look, this may or may not be about werewolves, FINE YOU CAUGHT ME). I googled it. The best information came from those “ask random people on the internet a question and see what the crowd says” pages.
Among the answers:
“this is due to different in their componets”
“human blood does not need a nucleus because we have spirits” (Admittedly, someone else had voted that answer as “inaccurate.” One single someone else.)
“Animal and Human blood are pretty much the same. The only different is the type of blood. Since animals are very close to humans, do to evolution. So since that there is not a extreme difference between animal and human blood. We could do transfusion between animals and humans.”
“You clearly sound like you don’t understand about it. So to explain in a simple way, animal blood, even from monkeys, still very different from human.”
“When the first people arose from Mother Earth, Mother Earth filled their bodies with mist and red soil. The mist got cold, and mixed with the red soil from the great plains to create our blood… Animal blood was created earlier from ocean water and the red sands of the great plains.” (I…genuinely couldn’t tell how serious that person was. I think…I think pretty serious, actually?)
“No [there is no difference between human and animal blood]. We are animals. Briefly, Kingdom:Animalia, Phylum:Chordata, Class: Mammalia, Order:Primates, Family:Hominidae, Genus:Homo, Species: Homo sapiens.”
“Other animals have other blood types than A B or “O”.” (The scare quotes around “O” – why?? Does this person not believe in “O?” A and B, yes, sure, obviously, but this “O” bullshit….)
One person just linked to the Wikipedia page for “animal.”
Thank you, Internet! You have been very helpful. Good job.
Um…don’t…google-image-search for “friendly werewolf,” okay guys? Just…trust me.
